Through compassionate counselling, women's circles, and guided healing experiences, I support women through seasons of change, illness, loss, and life transitions - helping you process what you've lived, reconnect with yourself, and gently find your way forward.

I know the tenderness of standing in the in-between - the space after life has changed, but before you fully know what comes next.
My hope is to create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and accompanied as you reconnect with yourself and discover what comes next.
